Bonjour, Cas de janvier 2023 pose de deux implants 1415 extraction implantation avec technique de summers classique en 16 ( après contrôle perforation de la membrane ) Reintervention de la zone en 16 en Septembre avec le kit augmalift ( hauteur 2,6 mm) en contrôle 9,5mm d’hauteur. Bonjour, je suis étonné de voir que vous placez un implant de 4,2 avec un forêt initial de 2,8. Est ce que vous êtes quelques fois obligé d’élargir le début du forage avant de placer l’implant? De plus, sur ce cas, vous gagnez presque 6mm avec seulement 3 apports de matériau. Quelle quantité de matériaux rajoutez vous par apport? Félicitation en tout cas pour l’invention de ces techniques qui semblent tellement ingénieuses. Il me tarde de les essayer ! Merci
